Maersk Drilling names world's largest jackup

MEKJARVIK, Norway -- Maersk Drilling has named the world’s largest jackup rig in a ceremony in Mekjarvik, Norway. The Maersk Interceptor, an ultra harsh environment jackup, is destined for Ivar Aasen field. InterMoor completes Red Hawk spar decommissioning contract

HOUSTON -- InterMoor, an Acteon company, has successfully completed its contract supporting the decommissioning of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation’s Red Hawk spar in the Gulf of Mexico. The Red Hawk spar is the deepest floating production platform to date to be decommissioned in the Gulf of Mexico.
